Please note: If a particular species of flower or specific item is not available for shipping, we may substitute something of equal or greater value that is appropriate to the design we have created.
Delivery areas:
- For guaranteed delivery to Los Angeles, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Studio City and Santa Monica, Malibu, Camarillo, Ventura, Oxnard, Simi Valley and Moorpark, please place your orders by 5.00 pm the day before.
- For guaranteed same day delivery to Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Westlake, Thousand Oaks, and Oak Park, and Newbury Park please place your orders by 12 noon.
- The delivery charge is $12.00
- If it is past the delivery cut off time we will still do our best to accomodate your requests. You may incurr the Rush Delivery charge of $25

Delivery Information:
To help us help you, please provide us with the following information:
- The full delivery address including zip code and phone number for recipient and any special instructions on gaining access to the property.
- A daytime telephone number we can contact you at should there be a difficulty when making the delivery.
- There are no SUNDAY Deliveries.
We will do our best to deliver your flowers within the allocated: time slot . However, if the recipient is not at home and the delivery cannot be made, we will attempt to redeliver the following day. There will be an additional charge for this service. Should a second delivery prove impossible the order will be returned to us for disposal. If a replacement is required, the order will need to be placed again and charged in full prior to re-delivery.
